Advancing Information Literacy Skills with the MLA International Bibliography with Full Text

The MLA International Bibliography with Full Text provides students and scholars with many avenues for exploring literature; language; linguistics; rhetoric; writing studies; folklore; and film, theater, television and other dramatic arts – and in the process, to develop key information literacy skills and insights. This webinar will explore the ways the bibliography supports information literacy learning goals and will include information about the free, self-grading online course and other resources that help students, faculty, and librarians leverage the bibliography’s information literacy potential.

Descrição: Esta sessão de 60 minutos destina-se a profissionais de informação e documentação de biblioteca e todos os responsáveis pela gestão de recursos e coleções da biblioteca ou serviço de documentação que pretendam utilizar a ferramenta Full Text Finder para que utilizadores possam pesquisar e aceder a todas as revistas, livros e outras publicações (eletrónicas, papel e outros formatos) disponíveis na instituição.
Veremos como acrescentar títulos e pacotes/coleções, como personalizar datas de acesso e acrescentar notas para os utilizadores.

Após uma tolerância de 10 minutos, a sessão será cancelada caso ninguém compareça.
